Steps :
1. Select the nail plastic forms that fit the best your natural nails , ( 5 , one for each finger ). Trim /cut your natural nails and file them
2. With a drill or regular nail file , file the whole bed of the nail slightly , just to get rid of the shiny top layer and any kind of irregularities on them , as well as the union between your nail and the cuticule .. ( if you wish , you can also push back the cuticule , prior to do this and then file it , so there is no residues left )
3. With 100% nail polish, clean the whole surface of nail ( do this one hand , the one you will do first , even one nail , so they dont get dirty )
4. Apply a thin layer of base coat and UV or LED dry ( i dry it 2 or 3 times)
5. With the spatula side of the brush , grab a tiny amount of the polygel you will use
6. Damp the brush in slip solution (or nail polish remover ) and start distributing the polygel on the plastic form , a bit longer than what you want your nails to be...
7. Place the form on your nail and press, not too hard , other way , they'll be very thin , and they'll break .
8. Put the finger / hand into the UV/ LED lamp . ( i do it twice , sometimes I even turn it upside down )
9. Remove the plastic form .
10. Use the drill or a regular nail file to shape your nail and get rid of the excess near the cuticule , leave it as thin as you can , whitout getting rid of this area .
11. Apply a layer of top coat
10. Ready !
